My first visit, I explained to the dental hygienist, Anna, that I had a lot of anxiety around the dentist and really sensitive gums. She was so calm and sweet during the whole process. She numbed my gums and double checked with me several times to make sure that I was comfortable. Yesterday was no exception. She was so calm and sweet the whole time I was running late due to a car accident on the interstate and I called I had to let them know I would be late. Dr Pence is a skilled dentist, with leading edge technology to diagnose a recent dental problem. Several years ago I had a dental emergency, my dentist at the time decided to close his practice and continue his career teaching. Dr Pence took me as a new client and came in early on Monday morning to help me with the pain and correcting the problem. It’s always difficult to put your trust in a new doctor especially a dentist but Dr Pence is top notch and the best dentist I’ve had in my 56 year life.
